Data Deletion Request
Exercise your right to have your personal data removed from the Chillead platform.
How Deletion Works
In accordance with CCPA, CPRA, TDPSA, and our Privacy Policy, you may request the deletion of your personal data. Upon submission, our privacy compliance team will verify your identity. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 45 days.
Note: If you are an end-customer of a home service company that uses Chillead, we may need to forward this request to that company (the Data Controller) for authorization.

Exceptions to Deletion
Please be aware that Chillead may be legally required to retain certain information even after a deletion request is processed. Common exceptions include:
- TCPA/TSR Compliance: Call recordings, transcripts, and consent records must be retained for 5 years per FTC regulations.
- Financial Records: Invoice and payment records must be retained for 7 years for IRS and tax compliance.
- Security & Fraud: Data necessary to detect security incidents, protect against malicious activity, or prosecute those responsible.
